WORLD OUR HOME

World Environment Day ('WED') is celebrated every year on June 5 to raise global awareness to take positive environmental action to protect nature and the planet Earth. It is run by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). The first World Environment Day was celebrated in 1973. Since then it is hosted every year by a different city with a different theme. In 2011, this day was hosted at New Delhi, with the theme - Forests: Nature at your Service.

World is our home

Let us also contribute our little something by saving energy resources at our school and home.
Turn off computers, television & other electronics when they are not in use. Remember even stand-by means wastage of energy. A lot can be saved if we just switch the equipment off.

Turn off lights/ fans/ ACs when they are not in use in class. room, halls etc.

Our earth is like a crystal that keeps shinning every time.

And we are like her baby crystals that are trying to enhance her shine.

When the last tree has died, last river been poisoned , last fish been caught and eaten; then we can't eat money.

"I don't want to save the environment ;but I want to create a world where the environment doesn't need protection."

Otherwise 50 years later...!!!

So Don't Forget To Plant More Trees...
Get your hands dirty ...
To make the Earth clean :-)

TO SUM IT UP...
I WOULD SUGGEST THAT WE SHOULD MAKE EVERY DAY THE ENVIRONMENT DAY...!!!
